Use of artificial intelligence
AI tools may assist tasks, but they do not replace sources or turn an inference into a fact.
Permitted uses
They may help organise information, detect relationships, prepare drafts, translate or suggest checks. Output must be checked against identifiable sources and data before publication.
Automation may prepare a test plan, but it can never attribute an experience that did not happen to the team.
Images and audio
Generated conceptual illustrations must be identified. They will not be presented as photographs of real products, prototypes, events or people making statements.
Synthetic narration, when used, will be disclosed and accompanied by a reading alternative.
