The controller is Linkses OÜ, registration number 14547280, Tornimäe 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact submissions include name, email, subject and message; the newsletter stores email, locale and consent and confirmation evidence. Security logs are also generated.

ALTCHA protects only the contact form through server-verified proof of work, without advertising tracking or a third-party CAPTCHA.

Purposes and legal bases

Enquiries are processed to answer your request; the newsletter and Google Analytics analytics storage rely on consent; technical logs protect the service under legitimate interests. We do not sell personal data.

Providers and transfers

Hosting, email and technical providers receive only what is needed. Google Analytics loads in consent mode for basic measurement without analytics storage before acceptance and may involve international processing subject to safeguards described by Google.

Retention and rights

Enquiries and consent evidence are kept only as needed; an active subscription remains until withdrawal. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing.
